The Career Guidance and Placement Cell of the college provides guidance and all the assistance for the students in order to achieve their career goals. The unit takes right steps in identifying the demands of the current industry and prepares our students towards this need. Adequate emphasis is given for aptitude and soft skill development complementing the regular academic programmes.
The goal of Career Guidance & Placement Cell is to provide employment opportunities and market ready training to Students. At Dr.AIT with a track record of very productive relationships with corporations of all sizes, from start-upstomature,successfulenterprises,our institutions provide the students with education, research and connections to corporate. The Career Guidance and Placement Cell of the Institute centrally handles campus placement of the graduating students of our campus. The Cell provides complete support to the visiting companies at every stage of placement process. The Cell takes care and provides infrastructurefor Testing halls, Pre-Placement Talks, Written Tests, Interviews and Group Discussions are made as per the requirement of the visiting companies.
Placements are benchmark to the performance of any management institute and itdepicts the success and the growth of the institutions. The Objective of the placement cellistofacilitatetheprocessofplacement & ensure that each eligible student gets an opportunity in the industries. The cell aims to achieve 80% - 90% placement assistance to our students. We work on placing our students with core companies of the respective discipline of education.The students are placed according to their interest and skill that areset by the organizations where they can work and also increase their creativity & innovation in the development of technology as well as the organization.

Provides full-fledged training :
We provide 40hr intensive pre-placement training for final year students focusing on cracking all areas of interview such as aptitude, group discussion, HR interview, verbal, Resume building so on and 20hr of training on specialized domain. In addition to this we have introduced long term training program starting from the first year itself that is included it in their regular academic routine.
Provide Internship opportunities for students :
We identify companies looking for interns and channel our students in getting internship. Some of the internships are converted to permanent jobs as well
Arrange for an interactive seminar with top industrial pioneers :
This is to bridge gap between students and company requirement. Students can get a better understanding of the industry and their function. They interact and put forward their questions and queries and get a deeper understanding of how they have to prepare themselves.
Invite major companies throughout the year for recruitment :
Every student is given a chance to contest as many companies as possible until he/she receives two offers. We invite some mass recruiters such as TCS, Wistron, Infosys, Accenture, Capgemini, Cognizant, Wipro etc to secure a place for maximum number of students. After which the student can selectively interview for the dream company of his/her choice. In the past year we have companies offering packages starting from CTC 3lac/annum to 25lac/annum. We are expecting increase in companies visiting this year as well.
Provide Guidance on Higher Studies opportunities for students :
We provide the Guidance on Higher Studies which encourages them to choose on the reputed universities across India and Abroad for their Higher Education. And we also give the information about the Government Sector opportunities like Civil Service Examinations, IBPS, SSC, RRB, Indian Navy. Etc.,
