The Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE) established in the academic year 1980-81 with an intake of 40 and subsequently later on enhancing 60 students in the year 1985. The Department also offers M.Tech programme with specialization in Power Electronics from the academic year 2010-11 with an intake of 18 students and affiliated to VTU, Belagavi.
