Civil Engineering

Department of civil engineering is one of the oldest departments in Dr. Ambedkar Institute of Technology. The Department offers BE Degree course apart from M.Tech degree course in Structural Engineering.The department is strong in fields of Structural Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Hydraulics and Water Resources, Geotechnical Engineering and Remote Sensing and GIS fields.

Mechanical Engineering

Mechanical engineering is one of the oldest and broadest engineering discipline, and plays a significant role in enhancing safety, economic vitality, enjoyment and overall quality of life throughout the world. A prerequisite for development is growth and that is directly related to production or output of a country.

Aeronautical Engineering

The Department of Aeronautical Engineering was started in the year 2020 to offer UG program in Aeronautical Engineering with an approved intake of 60. Industrial Engineering & Management (IEM)

The department started in the year 1984 with an initial intake of 30 students in UG Program. The intake was rised to 60 in the year 2013. In the year 1992 the program title was changed to Industrial Engineering and Management by Bangalore University. The faculties here are highly motivated and result oriented. All the faculty members have obtained their master’s
